Return and Exchange Policy


- Due to public health regulations, and the fact that our products are beauty products, we can not finally return the amounts paid, or replace or change any of the products sold in the event of opening the product. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you carefully examine the products you have chosen before you complete your purchase.

- We will be pleased to replace any damaged goods to Saudi Arabia's orders.

- Due to the nature of this type of problem, the customer may have to pay the return fee.

- Any problem must be reported in any order within seven days from the date of delivery. After this time we will not be able to accept or address the problem.

- In case of defects or damaged product, please notify us within seven days of receipt of the product, via our contact form, including full name, postal address, telephone number, order number, date and other details.

- In case of damaged products, please keep the product in its original box unopened, so that we can complete the return or refund. You may be asked to send pictures of the damaged product.

- Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, therefore we stress the need to use registered mail to avoid loss of shipment unless there is a defect or damage in the goods.

The return shipping cost will be on the customer.

- Returns fees only if the product is damaged or damaged.

- The processing time for returns is seven days

  It may take between 7-10 business days for the payment to be returned to your bank account. For bank card, we recommend waiting 7 days for the payment to appear in the bank's records.

- Free or promotional products are not subject to a replacement or return policy.

- In the case of returned parcels, the customer must arrange and re-ship them by a local courier or receive parcels within a specified period of time.

- If the unloaded order has not yet been processed, please wait 15 days for it to arrive. After the shipment has reached us, we will confirm this to you and we can start preparing the amounts minus the shipping and administrative fees unless the product appears before delivery.

- If you want to get back the returned products, they should be ordered from the site regularly.

Receive requests

- All requests from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are treated with priority and the customer's signature is required upon receipt.

- The customer must provide us with a valid and reliable address to deliver the order which is his responsibility. For security reasons, we prefer to select residential places on the premises (company or office address) to receive the order and sign the shipment in person. We cannot take responsibility if the shipment has been delivered, or is signed by another person at the same address.

- International applications using tracked and / or signed services depending on the location to which they are to be delivered.

- If you are provided with the wrong address, please be advised quickly and send the correct address to change it in case it has not been sent yet. Or you can access your account and change the address from there. If the shipment has been sent you can try to change the address with the shipping company, although it is not always available. Returns will not be made if the order is not received due to a wrong address issue.

- The product is considered to be lost by the company when the delay (from the expected delivery date):

7 working days in Saudi Arabia

10 working days in the Gulf

15 working days for Arab countries
