Use in the morning / evening. Soak a cotton pad, then lightly sweep the pad over face, eyes and lips with circular motions without pressing down or rubbing vigorously. Repeat the process with another soaked cotton pad until there are no visible impurities or makeup remaining on the pad. Allow to dry, do not rinse.
